Southeast Wisconsin continues to see a BIG demand for "For Sale" homes and there is still an extreme shortage. 2018 doesn't look to be any better, prices continue to go up and homes are selling fast!
Home building is at a modest pace in suburban Milwaukee and Waukesha counties, and is focused largely on higher-end houses. At the same time, many baby boomers are still not ready to put a “For Sale” sign in front of their longtime residence and provide millennials an affordable house to buy.
