Both Home Prices And New Home Construction Are Up Across Southeastern Wisconsin

Home Builders added more single-family homes to the market in southeast Wisconsin in 2018 than they did in 2017, according to recent data from the Wisconsin Builders Association.

Meanwhile, sale prices of existing homes in the region were also up compared to the same period, per the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
