Team Hoffmann Introduces Diane Eppen

Diane has worked in the Real Estate business for the past 4 years, coming back to RE/MAX Realty 100 in early 2016 to join Team Hoffmann as the Listing Coordinator.

She is the friendly voice that you hear when you call the office! With a Bachelor of Science degree from UW - Stout, Diane has a background in retail management and customer service. Diane's motto is that the client should always come first, treating them with the utmost respect and kindness. 

Diane has lived all over the United States and overseas; these experiences really sparked an interest in working in the Real Estate business after purchasing and marketing many homes. As the Listing Coordinator for Team Hoffmann, Diane is the first person that will be contacting you once you have met with your Listing Agent. Her main task is to make sure that the listing of your home goes as smooth as possible. She always looks forward to assisting new clients (or past clients) and giving them the outstanding customer service that they deserve!

Diane and her husband reside in Franklin, and have 3 boys and 2 senior rescue dogs.

Team Hoffmann Wishes Everyone A Happy Labor Day!

Always the first Monday in September, Labor Day was the idea of Peter J. Maguire, a labor union leader who in 1882 proposed a celebration honoring the American worker. 

The date chosen was simply “convenient,” according to Maguire, because it was midway between the Fourth of July and Thanksgiving.

Although the day’s focus on organized labor has diminished over the years, the holiday has become a way to mark the end of the summer season and the start of the new school year. Traditionally, Labor Day consists of barbecues and time together with family.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes Police-Community Partnerships and Neighborhood Camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community and provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

Neighborhoods across the nation host block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts and other various community events with safety demonstrations, seminars, youth events, visits from emergency personnel and exhibits.

Team Hoffmann Introduces Kristen Nummerdor

Kristen started with Team Hoffmann in February of 2013. Having no prior Real Estate experience, we gave her a chance and brought her on to manage Short Sales for the Team. After 4 years, her role has grown exponentially and, as our Transaction Coordinator, she is now considered to be the HEART and SOUL of Team Hoffmann.

Kristen handles all of our files and sees them safely to the closing table. She also handles the Team payroll, making her popular among her co-workers. Kristen lives in West Allis with her husband of 5 years and an entire army of fur babies including 2 dogs and 2 cats. She loves to cook and read and frequently volunteers for the Oak Creek Public Library.
