National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community and provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances. Neighborhoods across the nation host block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts and other various community events with safety demonstrations, seminars, youth events, visits from emergency personnel and exhibits.

Lower Mortgage Rates Boost Existing Home Sales
U.S. home sales rose in May, boosted by lower interest rates for mortgages, giving a positive signal for the health of the U.S. economy.
The National Association of Realtors said on Friday existing home sales increased 2.5% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.34 million units last month. April's sales pace was revised slightly higher to 5.21 million
